Rubber material has been used in lining plate of energy-saving ball mill for a certain period of time. Because of its different characteristics from ferrous metal, it has excellent wear resistance and has been tested in production practice. However, it is more suitable for manufacturing the end lining plates of the ore inlet and outlet of the ball mill, while manufacturing the barrel lining plate will reduce the ore quantity of the ball mill, especially the large-scale ball mill by more than 30%, reduce the production efficiency and increase the energy consumption, and it is expensive, which limits its popularization and application. Composite lining board is also a new material in recent years, but its technology needs to be improved, so it has not been widely promoted.
